HUDPOLISH
Colloidal Alumina .5 Micron:
Colloidal Alumina is an acidic suspension. Its chemical-mechanical actions provide superior surfaces on germanium, silicon, arsenide, zinc sulfide, fluorides, sapphire, ferrites, and silicon carbide. Low scatter finishes can be obtained on pure metals such as nickel, tungsten, copper, and beryllium as well as on steel and aluminum. Epoxy resin materials and plastic are successfully polished with this versatile colloidal suspension. Proerties-pH3 to 3.5, 20% solid, Viscosity: thixotropic.

Colloidal Alumina/Silica:
Colloidal Alumina/Silica is a final medium polish, which is used as a mechanochemical polishing action to achieve superior finishes. This suspension produces exceptional removal rates and finishes by reacting chemically with the surface of ceramic materials to allow the abrasive particles to cut more efficiently. Colloidal Alumina/Silica may be used on aluminum, glass, sapphire, silicon nitride, and metal/ceramic composites. Properties- pH:9

Colloidal Silica .05 Micron:
Colloidal Silica is an alkaline suspension that eliminates problems caused by drying or freezing associated with other colloidal silica products used for chemical/mechanical polishing. It is the premier silica dispersion for optimizing surface finishes on oxides, metals, semi-conductors, and ceramic based materials such as silicon, fused silica, lithium niobate, YAG, sapphire, etc. Its small particle size and aggressive chemical/mechanical polishing action is capable of producing very fine finishes. Properties – pH: 9.6 to 9.9, 40% Solids, Viscosity: 20 to 40 cp.
